Are you looking to start your career in real estate? We are seeking a motivated Leasing
Executive to join our team at Ray White Earlwood | Wolli Creek. No prior experience is
required, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are a must!

Key Responsibilities:
 Assist in leasing residential properties.
 Conduct property viewings and open homes.
 Liaise with potential tenants and provide exceptional customer service.
 Manage rental inquiries and application processes.
 Support the Property Management team as required.

Skills and Qualities We’re Looking For:
 Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
 Great organizational abilities and attention to detail.
 Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems.
 Ability to work in a team and independently.
 Positive, proactive attitude with a desire to grow in the real estate industry.

Requirements:
 Certificate of Registration in Real Estate (or willingness to obtain).
 A valid driver’s license.
